Chief Executive Officer, Altran Americas
As CEO of Altran Americas, Laila Worrell is accountable for the division’s billion-dollar business in the Americas and India. An EVP of the Altran Group, she also serves on two Group-level executive committees: Technology & Innovation and Operations & Industries. Before her appointment as CEO in July 2018, she served as COO of the company, then known as Aricent. She joined after advising Aricent as a Partner in the Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investing and Private Equity practice. Prior to BCG, Laila held multiple leadership roles at Accenture and Macmillan. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Financial Officer
Eric Johnson is Chief Financial Officer at Altran Americas and serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Engineering & Transformation. Prior to joining the company in 2016, he worked for over 35 years at IBM, where he held a series of senior financial and operational roles. His last assignment before leaving IBM was as CFO for the company’s Global Business Services Unit. Before that, he was Vice President of Finance for IBM’s Growth Markets, where he established the finance and business operations in APAC, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and earned his B.A. in both Business and History from Rhodes College.
Chief Operating Officer
Fabrice Boyer is Chief Operating Officer of Altran Americas, a position he began in September 2019. A 16-year veteran of Altran, he has held a number of leadership roles at the company in different parts of the world, including CEO of Altran China, General Manager of Altran North America, Managing Director of Altran UK, and Business Unit Director of Altran France. He began his career in the IT and telecom sectors. Fabrice holds a master’s degree in International Business from ISC Paris Business School and an MBA in Corporate Finance & Management Information Systems (MIS) from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
President, Platforms and Solutions
Brian Bronson is President of Altran’s global Platforms and Solutions business, which provides software frameworks and digital solutions to power applications grounded in emerging technologies such as 5G, cloud and edge computing, the Internet of Things (IoT) and network intelligence. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Technology & Innovation. Brian brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, sales, operations and finance. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Radisys Corporation, a global leader in open telecom solutions. He previously held leadership roles at Tektronix and Deloitte & Touche.
Vice President, Finance and Controller
Lydia Brown is Vice President of Finance and Controller for Altran Americas. She joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for financial and management reporting, accounting operations, financial systems and global tax. Lydia has over 25 years of experience and has held finance leadership positions at Hearst Corporation, The New York Times and Dun & Bradstreet. She started her career at PwC (formerly Price Waterhouse). She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
President, Software & Digital
Daniel Dargham is global leader of the Software & Digital business and President & CEO of Lohika, a premier Silicon Valley-based software development firm that is a company of Altran. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Technology & Innovation. Daniel brings over 25 years of international experience in a diversified range of software engineering, marketing, sales and general management experience, from both established and high-growth companies at the cutting edge of software development. Prior to Altran, he held several engineering and management roles at KLA-Tencor and IBM. Daniel holds an MBA from Stanford University and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon in France.
David S. Fondiller
Vice President, Corporate Communications
Dave Fondiller leads corporate communications and marketing for Altran Americas and communications for frog, a top global design and innovation firm that is part of the Altran Group. He previously led North America PR and communications at the Boston Consulting Group. Dave has 20 years of marketing and communications experience in top-tier professional and financial services. Earlier in his career, he worked as a journalist – at Forbes and elsewhere. He earned his B.A. in History from Columbia College and a master’s in International Affairs from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs.
President, Semiconductor & Electronics, Industrial & Consumer
Scott Houghton is global leader of the Semiconductor & Electronics, Industrial & Consumer business. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Operations & Industries. Scott brings more than 20 years of experience providing digital software and hardware solutions for a wide range of technology industries. Prior to joining Altran in 2016, he worked at AMD (Advanced Micro Devices), where he led the Custom Semiconductor business. Before that, he was a cofounder of Open-Silicon, a custom SoC solution provider, and Senior Vice President of the Professional Services Group at Synopsys, an electronic design automation company.
As General Counsel for Altran Americas, Bipul Mainali advises the company on a range of legal and business issues, and manages a global team of legal and compliance professionals. He also serves as Data Privacy Officer for Altran Americas. Prior to Altran, he was in private practice at premier law firms in New York and New Delhi, namely Nixon Peabody LLP, Pepper Hamilton LLP and L&L Partners, where he specialized in cross-border mergers & acquisitions. He is a graduate of National Law School of India University and Harvard Law School, where he was the commencement speaker for his class.
Vice President, Human Resources & Employee Experience
George Najarian leads Human Resources and Employee Experience for Altran Americas and frog, a top global design and innovation firm that is part of the Altran Group. He joined frog in 2015 as Head of Global Talent Experience and continues to have global responsibility for its HR functions and people & culture initiatives that attract, retain and support growth for employees. Previously, he served as Vice President of People & Culture at Quirky and Senior VP and Head of Administration at Screenvision. He earned his B.A. in Administration and Human Resources from McGill University in Montreal.
Group Chief Innovation Officer
As Chief Innovation Officer for the Altran Group, Walid Negm is responsible for technology strategy and innovation. He also serves on the Group’s Executive Committee on Technology & Innovation. Walid brings 25 years of experience, most recently as Global Lead for Industrial Internet of Things R&D at Accenture. He was a cofounder and responsible for product development at cybersecurity and mobile infrastructure startups. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
CEO, Altran India
Chandra Reddy leads Altran’s global engineering center in India, including a workforce of more than 14,000 engineers. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Engineering & Transformation. Chandra has over 25 years of product engineering experience. Prior to joining the company in 2013, he worked for more than 17 years at Wipro. He earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communication and an M.E. in Electronics from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) in Bangalore.
Group SVP, Sales & Customer Experience
As Group Senior Vice President for Sales & Customer Experience, Camie Shelmire is responsible for Altran's global go-to-market strategy, sales operations and customer experience. She helps build and reinforce the company’s global sales capability, creating a differentiated buying experience for clients and attracting top talent. She also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Operations & Industries. Previously, she served as Altran North America’s Chief Client Officer and Chief People Officer. As CCO, she led the division’s end-to-end client strategy, overseeing the go-to-market strategy and sales enablement function, running sales operations and spearheading operational improvements. Prior to joining the company in 2014, she served as a Senior Vice President at Nationstar Mortgage. Earlier in her career, she worked a dozen years at KPMG (formerly KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint), where she sold and implemented technology solutions for financial services clients. Camie holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas.
President, Communications and Technology Systems
Dietmar Wendt is global leader of the Communications and Technology Systems business. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Operations & Industries. Dietmar has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and services, and was most recently the Executive Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at ASG Software. He has also held various leadership roles at T-Systems, Nortel and IBM.
President, frog design
As President of frog, one of the world’s top design and innovation firms and a company of the Altran Group, Andy Zimmerman oversees the agency’s global strategy, business development and operations. He also serves on the Altran Group’s Executive Committee on Technoloyg & Innovation. Andy joined from Sutherland Digital, where he served as President. Prior to that, he was the global lead for the communications industry at both PwC and Accenture. In addition, he was managing director at idealab!, one of the first and most successful incubators. Andy earned his B.A. in Literature and Creative Writing from Haverford College and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
